Tyre Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage: The Massimo Tyres’ Tyre Warranty (“Warranty”) covers irreparable damage resulting from road hazards such as potholes or debris, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Entitlement to Replacement: If a Massimo Tyre purchased from a participating Massimo partner becomes irreparably damaged by a road hazard, the customer is entitled to have the tyre replaced at the place of purchase. The customer will only be required to pay for tread used based on the following values:
1. If 8mm of tread remains: 100% allowance.
2. If 7mm of tread remaining: 85% allowance.
3. If 6mm of tread remaining: 70% allowance.
4. If 5mm of tread remaining: 55% allowance.
5. If 4mm of tread remaining: 40% allowance.
6. If 3mm of tread remaining: 25% allowance.
7. If 2mm of tread remaining: 10% allowance.
8. If less than 2mm of tread remains: No allowance against a new tyre.
3. Claim Process: a. The tyre must be examined by a tyre professional to determine if it is repairable, prioritising customer safety. b. If the inspection deems the tyre irreparable, the Massimo partner’s staff must:
1. Take a photo of the damage on the tyre.
2. Fill out a simple form stating the size, rating, and pattern of the tyre.
3. Measure the remaining tread depth.
4. Send the completed form with photo to warranty@massimotyres.com for warranty processing.
5. The damaged tyre can then be scrapped; it does not need to be returned to Tyre Spot Ltd.
6. Tyre Spot Ltd will issue a credit for the appropriate amount to the relevant Massimo Partner business.
4. Customer Interaction: All customer dealings will occur between the customer and the Massimo Tyre Partner from which they purchased the Massimo Tyre. Neither Massimo Tyres nor Tyre Spot Ltd will directly engage with the end user.
5. Decision Authority: The final decision on any claim rests with Tyre Spot Ltd, the main supplier of Massimo Tyres in the UK.
6. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, vandalism, alterations, overloading, racing, improper inflation, improper wheel alignment, or use in competitive events.
7. Limitations of Liability: Massimo Tyres and Tyre Spot Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Tyres covered by this Warranty.
8. Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles
9. Modification of Terms: Tyre Spot Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
